Complaints policy

If something went wrong, we want to hear it. That includes complaints about a contractor we put you in front of.

How to raise one

Call (980) 944-8316 with the property address, roughly when the work happened, who attended, and what the problem is.

What happens next

• We acknowledge every complaint within two business days
• We put it to the contractor concerned and ask for their account
• We come back to you with what we have found, in writing
• Where a complaint is upheld we stop sending that contractor work

If you are not satisfied

Complaints about licensed work can be taken to the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors independently of us, and you do not need our permission to do that.
